Welcome to enjoy a relaxing sauna yoga session at St. George Care!
Suitable for experienced yogis and beginners alike, sauna yoga is a wonderful concept for a wellness get together with friends.
The movements are based on different yoga styles and are done sitting on the sauna benches at around 50 degrees Celsius. Some of the movements relieve tension in the muscles around the neck, shoulder, spine and hips. Other movements strengthen the muscles of the core and legs. The gentle heat of the sauna effectively relieves tension. You will notice the beneficial effects of the exercise after just one session.
St. George Care's sauna yoga instructor is Johanna Väänänen. You can come to class in a swimsuit or, for example, a clean t-shirt and shorts. You can bring your own water bottle if you wish, everything else you need is provided by our spa. During the class we offer smoothies to the participants, and you can also enjoy our pool and sauna before or after yoga.
After a relaxing yoga session, you can also stay for a delicious St. George breakfast at a special rate. Sauna yoga alone for €35, with breakfast for €65 - you can choose the option that suits you best from the drop-down menu when you make your purchase.
