5 x shared moments with a friend
Celebrating the special moments together – We've gathered tips for a February full of friendship & love.
Friendship is a series of shared experiences
Moments and stories lived together are the ones that last the longest.
Who's someone important to you that you haven't had the chance to meet in a long time? Is it time to get in touch with an old colleague? Would you like to take your mom, dad or maybe grandparents to enjoy a day together? When was the last time you got together with your siblings? How about laughing your heart out with your best friend? Or maybe you shared a romantic moment with your spouse?
We've gathered tips for moments together to celebrate a February full of friendship & love.
Gift idea 1: A delicious bakery treat with a friend
To celebrate Valentine's Day, our pastry chef Roosa has created and prepared some sweet and delicious Valentine's Day treats for us. With homemade raspberry jam and vanilla custard, crispy on top and soft inside, and topped with a lovely raspberry chocolate, we are enchanted.
The pastry is available at St. George Bakery from 6 February until Valentine's Week - so invite your friends, loved ones or even a new and exciting date for a wonderful time.
The cozy St. George Bakery is open daily, warmly welcome.
Gift idea 2: Hotel breakfast & walking tour of Helsinki's most beautiful neighbourhoods
The Design District Helsinki, a hub of creative talent in the heart of Helsinki, starts at the main entrance of the hotel and stretches from Punavuor towards Kaartinkaupunki, Kampi and Ullanlinna. Take a walk with a friend through the atmospheric alleys of Helsinki before or after breakfast at Hotel St. George.
The praised St. George breakfast includes St. George Bakery's freshly baked bread, freshly squeezed juices, coffee and tea, homemade yoghurt, omelettes and porridge made by our chef.
On two Sundays in February, the 18th & 25th, we will celebrate friendship with late breakfasts at 12 noon - the perfect start to a slow weekend morning.
