Lamb tartar with chilli oil and aromatic herbs

Sugar and salt cured whitefish with sumac

Crispy pumpkin fritters with yoghurt sauce

Duck leg in crispy phillo dough, walnut dip

Grilled fillet of monkfish with spicy barley and watercress

Roasted lamb sirloin with funnel chanterelles and hazelnuts, smoked yoghurt
